Our home is on a quiet oak-lined street surrounded by woods and parks yet close to colleges, culture and cappuccino! It sits on a lovely secluded wooded half-acre, and has a brand-new two-story office (or additional two bedrooms) that looks out into the treetops. Front and back stairwells. French doors off the dining room lead to a deck, and there is also a balcony off the upstairs office. Entire home is recently renovated with hardwood floors, central A/C, five fireplaces, family room, washer & dryer, freezer, two refrigerators, mudroom, duel-fuel stove in kitchen, and large family room. We are two hours from New York (by bus or car), 45 minutes from Philadelphia (by train or car), and one hour by car to Princeton, NJ. We are near a lake and nature preserve in picturesque Doylestown. Outstanding public school system (Central Bucks), walking distance to elementary school. The best of town and country! HIgh-speed wireless internet, digital TV, water & sewer all included.
Area Description
We live ten minutes from Doylestown PA in the Central Bucks School System. Our neighborhood is friendly, quiet and gracious. We are near shops and a nature preserve, 5 minutes drive to the train to Philadelphia.
