One Bedroom Studio Deluxe in the Island of St. Marteen. Divi Little Bay. Front Balcony, Rear Balcony over looking Great Bay and all the Cruise ships that anchor their. It is Week 9 of each year, however you can change the week to any week at Divi or exchange the week for any were in the world you want to go. It is a Platinum Week. The apartment has a full Kitchen, Separate Bedroom and Bathroom. It can sleep 6 with a convertible in the living room. Out side the front door is a Beautiful Pool. About 150 feet
further is the best beach in St. Marteen. St. Marteen has 32 different beaches to go to. The buildings are all Mediterranean style and are beautiful. St Marteen gets very little rain fall a year. The temperature is always 80 degrees and sunny. I use to go every year but I have a boat in the Florida Keys and we spend our winter months in Florida instead. St Marteen is better but we only have one week. Only reason for selling is non-use of the resort.
