Description of the Philipsburg vacation apartment rental

A part of our brandnew villa is a beautilful appartment with one bedroom.

No highrise buildings, no traffic, no timeshares, just birds, waves, boats and a cool breeze.

Newly build on the Dutch side near capital Philipsburg (Point Blanche), fifty meters above sealevel.

You have your own drive. The appartmentsize is 52m2 and is located at the front of the villa.

You have a very nice livingroom with flatscreentv with many American channels as well as one Dutch one (BVN).
DVD player and stereo with Ipoddock.
There are lots of English and Dutch books.
You have a unlimited internet access with Wifi connection.

Kitchen with full fridge, 4 hob ceramiccooker, coffeemaker, toasteroven etc.

Roomy bathroom with nice shower, toilet and basin.

Bedroom with Kingsize bed and airco.

Large terrace with this incredible view over the Caribbean sea towards Saint Barths, Saba and St. Eustatius.

Fifty meters down a sandy path you see a nature build swimmingpool. It just took a million years to build it!

Rentalprice is inclusive of energy, internetaccess,bedlinen, towels and departurecleaning.

There is hardly a Public transport system on Saint Martin, so a rental car is advised. Also because of the location of the villa a car is neccessary.

We can organise the rentalcar for you. We sent our private chauffeur to meet you at Juliana Airport. He takes you to the Holland House Hotel where the rentalcar is waiting for you. You have a nice drink, meet villaowner Paul, fill out the papers for the car and Paul will bring you to the villa. This way you do not have to stand in line at the airport waiting for your car, after a maybe long flight. (costs are 25 USD).

Area Information

The villa is located on the quiet South-east side of Saint Martin.

You are five minutes away by car from all the shops.

The nearest beach is at Great bay in the middle of Philipsburg.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!!

We met Paul and we followed him to the villa. It was a good thing because I don't think we would ever find it. The road has hairpin turns and extremely rough in spots, but when we arrived we were enthralled. This is a fabulous hideaway. Away from the husle in Phillipsburg. We spent 5 days. The first day we did not leave the property. The view and location was intoxicating. We will definately return. Be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. WE highly recommend this property. Great! Million dollar view

We had a great time, it was our 25 year anniversary, we had everything that we needed for 2 people, the view was spectacular, it was a great location and the location was fairly convenient, it was a walking distance away from town. Deffinently recommend this to everybody, its a great get away location. Thank you very much Paul and Thea!!!

What a view!

If you're looking for a place away from the overdevelopment and traffic of much of the island, but only 5 minutes from Philipsburg, this is it. It's not beachfront, but is on a cliffside with amazing views of St Barts, St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba. There is a natural pool a short walk down the cliff if you want a dip. Generous and comfortable space with a nice little kitchen (fridge was stocked with more beer than we could drink during our entire stay), a large open bathroom, and AC in the king bedded bedroom. You must have a 4WD to get up and down the steep dirt access road, but that's part of the fun. Two very friendly dogs to hang out with. Excellent access to the the French side of the island via the road heading north up the eastern side. I doubt you could find nicer accomodation on St. Martin for the price. Recommended.
