Description of the Philipsburg vacation apartment rental

If you do not want to stay in a hotel, we have a very nice studio appartment for rent.

The appartment is on the first floor of a seperate building, next to the owners villa.

You find:
- living/bedroom
- Kitchen with fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, deepfreezer,
4-ring cooker- bathroom with large walk-in shower,
toilet and basin.

TV with many channels as one as a Dutch channel (BVN).

Outside you find a very large terrace.

BBQ, internet, bedlinen, towels, energy and departure cleaning is all included.

There is only one appartment for rent, so it is a very quiet, private location.
About 1,5 kilometer from Philipsburg.

You have unlimited access to the swimmingpool of 10x5.

Point Blanche is an upscale residential area.

Wonderful stay

Hope Mr Mulder and he's wife can read this message ! Hope everything was ok when I left ? I had a wonderful stay with my daughter over there. I saw mrs Mulder only 3 days because she was in vacation good for her ! But Mr Mulder and he's soon we're very friendly ! It's a quiet place and a very beautiful place. Very nice place

We just spent 10 days in this nice apartment on Point Blanch. It was everything we hoped for and more. Quality of the apartment, the location, the pool and everything was perfect for us. Some things to note: Our children are grown and my wife and I now love to spent our vacations reading, swimming, eating and relaxing along with leisure activities such as day trips and island tours. We are not big beach, party or shopping type people. This place is not walking distance to the beach or shopping. But you are only ever a short car ride from the beach in St. Maarten anyway and shopping is close in Philipsburg. We found the pool and apartment with veranda perfect for our purposes. A beautiful view of the cruise ships to watch come and go.....always fun and the cove at Point Blanch in the other direction where you can watch the pelican's dive for fish. This is a nice quiet place. Don't come here if you want to spend your time on the beach, partying, or shopping all day. It's not here. The only downside for us was the local neighborhood dogs are quite yappy, day.....and night. They bark in bursts when aroused. Tolerable during the day but not at night. We ended up closing all the windows and turning on the AC at night to drown out the dogs even though we would have preferred to leave the windows open and not use the AC. This solved our problem. The AC works great however! I recommend this quiet place. We will go back!

Thanks for the review. We provide a very nice holiday accomodation. Superclean, quiet and very comfortable on a beautiful location.
We always recommend a rentalcar because public transport on Saint Martin is minimal.
Indeed, with a car you are 5 minutes away from the beach at Great Bay or the nearest supermarket.

Beautiful & spottless,St. Marteen studio apartment

This apartment was more than we hoped for. We enjoyed having breakfast on the veranda, that overlooked the ocean. We sat and watched the cruise ships come in during the morning and depart in the evening. Large flat screen TV, beautiful tiled floors throughout, extremely large shower, plush pillow top bed, cuzinart appliances, full size stove and refrigerator, two gorgeous ceiling fans, air-conditioning, white leather couch, rocking chair, dark wood furniture, beautiful pool for swimming day or night. Beach towels and hair dryer for use. In great proximity to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of sight seeing. Great deal on a great island. Lovely owners. Loved our visit, and can't wait to return.

We started looking for a vacation rental about a week before we arrived--and we were able to organize our stay within a couple days. The responses were prompt and clearly answered all our questions. The value of the location was EXCELLENT--we could not find a cheaper location anywhere on St. Maarten, let alone one with such a beautiful view! The hosts were wonderfully friendly, and respected our privacy for the entire 7 days of our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking tools, as was the bathroom with towels/and beach towels. In all, this was the most seamless vacation I have ever taken, and not one thing was lacking. Thank you so much for having this location on your site!
