Description of the Phillips vacation home rental

Your accommodations are a beautifully constructed Log Home finished in 1997, with approximately 2,600 sq. ft. of living area including 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, and a large room on the second floor that we call the Game Room, where you can enjoy a game of table tennis, billiards (regulation size pool table) or electronic darts on the bar size dart machine, or just watch TV.

Outside you can play a game of horseshoes, fish from the dock, or play tetherball with the kids, when you are not on the water. In the winter, you can snowmobile on the 500 miles of trails in Price County and can be accessed directly from the house. In the evening, look up at the stars while you are sitting around a crackling campfire, and just maybe you will catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. The City of Phillips is only 6 miles away where there is shopping, golfing, or just enjoying meeting the friendly people of the Phillips area.
For the hunters, the property is across the street from thousands of acres of public land where you can see deer, bear, grouse, turkeys and possibly a moose or elk that have been seen in the area!

Area Information

Phillips is a quiet Northern WI town with a population of approx. 1500 people but has many amenities for a City it's size. It caters to the tourist as well as having many festivals every year.

gorgeous cabin

We had 10 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room was awesome. The adults almost enjoyed it more then the kids! The only thing that would've made our vacation better would've been some a/c in the cabin as it was in 100's for our entire visit. Overall it was a great week and we are thinking of renting itbagain next year.

My family and I had a great time at the cabin. PPllentttttyyyy of room and the local town is a great place with friendly local residents. The kids had an awesome time on the dock, at the bonfire, and inside in the game room. Very nice and clean cabin. If it's still available, we would like to rent again in the near future!

It was A great place to stay-we had our adult kids with us for a weekend togther and it was very nice. The cabin is beautiful& plenty to do there with the game room. Weather was kind of cold so only got out on the lake for a few hours. Went up north to Copper falls state park which had a great hiking trail. Camp fire was fun. Mosquitos not too bad. Would definitely recommend this lake house

The cabin and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. We loved the layout and design of the cabin. Well equipped to handle a large group. Easy access to many lakes for great fishing and boating. We would surely recommend this place to others.

Pro's: Cabin is huge, game room is awesome, nice private lot, boat landing was close, lake is really nice, 3 bathrooms, close to nice beach, Wildlife all over (deer, eagles, porkypines...) Con's: can't swim by cabin (weeds), Not much to do in Phillips... We had a great time...

Great Log Home

We had a great time staying in this beautiful log home. It had everything we were looking for; on the water, enough bedrooms and bathrooms, a fire pit, near a campground, etc. They bay was "stumpy", just like the name implies, but once out of the bay the lake was a nice size. All we needed was a little warmer weather. It is pretty far up north and there is not a lot of things to do that are "touristy". All in all, very relaxing in a beautiful home and location.
