Description of the Phoenix vacation condo rental
This is a fully furnished, allergy-free, second floor condo available for short or long term rental in Phoenix – 3 bedroom/2 bath.
The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a master bath w/shower. The second bedroom, has a queen bed and large mirrored closet. The third bedroom is small (has a desk) and has a futon-like couch that opens to a twin bed. All linens provided.
The kitchen is fully loaded with coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave and all necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Stackable washer/dryer inside.
Community pool, jacuzzi and BBQ pits outside.
Car port parking.
980 sq.feet.
Includes basic cable. (Can add phone, internet or premium cable at your expense.)
Must pay Electric bill.
No pets.
No smoking inside.
Monthly/weekly rental (see RATES).

Property was as advertised and included all things we needed. Funishings are newish and very clean. Location is easy to get to and both private and secure. I recommend.
