Description of the Phoenix vacation condo rental

Centrally located, air conditioned 2b/d 2b/a sq/ft condo on E Camelback in Phoenix. Sleeps 6. This renovated and fully equipped unit has everything you would need for 1 day or 6 months. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the Biltmore Shopping Center is only a 5 min. drive. Only minutes to downtown, Sky Harbor Airport and Scottsdale. A 10 minute walk to Light Rail. We are right between the White Sox (Glendale)and Cubs (Mesa)Spring Training facilities and the rest are only 15 minutes away. There are many affordable golf courses within a few miles. Fantastic pool, spa and clubhouse with a fully equipped workout room, business center, pool table, java bar and lounge area. The unit has a 46" w/s tv, a 32" in the second brm., desktop computer with high speed internet and a telephone with free long distance US & Canada wide. A very comfortable spot to spend your vacation in.
If you would like a mid-stay clean, it is available at a cost of $85. Just let us know when you check in.

Area Information

You can get anywhere in the "Valley of the Sun" from here in minutes. The World Wildlife Zoo and Aquarium,Desert Botanical Gardens and hiking at Camelback Mountain are 15 min away, Glendale 10 min, Scottsdale 15 min, Paradise Valley shopping Center 10 min. Oregano's (Italian) half a block, Dennys a short walk, Culvers (great frozen custard) 3 doors down, Rosie McCaffreys Irish Pub and Dominos Pizza across the street ,Applebees, Sweet Tomatoes and The Good Egg only a 3 min drive. Many others only a short drive. Frys Grocery a few blocks away.

Location, location is right

What a nice treat to have this cozy home as our base for exploring Phoenix. The condo is nicely updated. Kitchen has all you need and the pool is fabulous. Very secure and clean condos. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased to find this condo spotless., very comfortable, home away from home. Location was perfect, area is quiet, the gym was wonderful, shopping close convenient, not to mention the restaurants. We came to Phoenix due to a major surgery for our 9 month old grandson. While the reason for visiting was stressful, renting from Vaughan and staying at his beautiful condo was stress free and relaxing. I wish we could have stayed at the condo the whole time, but alas, it was already booked for part of our stay. Now I know why!! The condo is outstanding. Granite counters, well stocked kitchen, cable, great beds, beautiful baths, it was perfect! The 2 bedrooms each have their own baths and plenty of space to spread out. AND, the condo was spotless. And I mean spotless. Vaughan must have a fantastic cleaner!! GREAT location for Phoenix! We felt very safe in the upscale location. We will keep Vaughan's contact info for all future stays in Phoenix. Thanks again Vaughan for sharing your home with us! Kurt & Kathy

Beautiful Condo Location and Stay

March 12, 2011

We recently stayed at this condo with some friends for 2 vweeks and fell in love with this location. It is central to everything and the facilities at the compelx are ideal. Being a runner there is a beautiful park within 20 minutes for a short run or a long run (over 10 miles). The condo has everything that you could want or need and if you like to eat out there is a fantastic Mexican Restaurant almost across the street "Padres" or if you just want a barbeque the complex has several outdoor barbeques. We have already booked a month next year we liked the condo and location so much.

We rented this condo for 2 weeks in Feb 2011. The location as advertised is great, close to many good restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses. Everyone loved the condo. It was well furnished and lacked nothing. We took advantage of the pool , barbeque and workout facilities. We would definitely rent this condo again.
