Description of the Phoenix vacation condo rental

BEAUTIFUL, Bright, 1BR/1BA Condo. Points West Condos next to Metro Center Shops and restaurants. 2 minutes drive to I-17 (Peoria & 31st Ave). 900SF, quiet first floor unit, tile & carpet, open LR/DR, Large BR. Enclosed private patio. All new furniture and decor. Kitchen has range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Well stocked kitchen. All linens and towels supplied.

Large 37" Sony flatscreen in LR with DVD, LCD TV in BR. Local telephone and high speed wireless internet included. Complex is well maintained, large pool and spa, community barbecue/picnic area, clubhouse, and shared laundry. One covered reserved parking space included. Short walk to Large Sports Complex for tennis, basketball, soccer, and racquetball. Sorry, no pets allowed.

NOTE: Owner has another similar 2BR/2BA unit available in this same complex. Please inquire if you need two bedrooms.

Area Information

This unit has excellent sunlight and warm winter patio. Quiet side street location surrounded by offices and shopping center plazas. Walk to a dozen nearby restaurants.
