Looking for a beautifully furnished rental in an ideal location? This is it - a lovely 2 bedrm, 2.5 bath condo with master suite downstairs that has a king-size bed, huge bathroom and master closet. The living area has leather sofas, flat screen TV, the kitchen has stainless appliances, plenty of cabinets, dining area with table that seats six. Tile floor in all main living areas and new carpet in bedrooms and loft. The upstairs has a loft with leather loveseats and desk, private bedroom has a queen bed, spacious bathroom, and laudnry room with washer and dryer.

From the artwork on the walls to the pottery, stocked kitchen with quality dishes and cookware - this condo is a classy retreat in a quiet location.

There ia a private patio, attached 2-car garage and the entire complex is gated. There is a heated pool. spa and work-out center.

Deposits: Deposit is $1500. Must be paid in full to hold dates. The rental fees must be paid in full within 90 days of signing rental agreement, or within 90 days of first rental date, whichever comes first. Once rent is paid, it is non-refundable unless the owners are able to re-lease the condo for the same dates. Deposit is always refundable. Cancellation must be in email form. The deposit is refundable upon walk-through on day of departure, less any damage to property, carpets, etc.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: If the condo is not in the same pristine condition upon check-out, there will be a $200 cleaning fee and $200 carpet/tile cleaning fee taken from out of the deposit. If owner agree to allowing a pet, there will be an automatic deduction from deposit of $300 for carpet and cleaning fee.
