Vacation Rental Policies

Check Out: 12 p.m.
Required Stay: 3 nts May-Oct, 1 week Nov-Apr
Deposits: 50% deposit of rental fee is due within 1 week of confirmed booking. Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival along with $100.00 non refundable cleaning fee and $500.00 refundable security deposit.

Lovely, roomy, clean golf course home located on the second green with mountain views everywhere...friendly atmosphere. Sundance Golf Course is fun to play but has some rather difficult holes, and there are golf discounts available. The amenity centre, golf course pro shop and restaurant are within walking distance. Shopping is minutes away and also within walking distance. Conveniently located close to professional football and hockey facilities. This is a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home at Sundance Golf Community in Buckeye and we are looking forward to our next stay.
