This home is meticulously cleaned and has been furnished with comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a king-size, plush-top mattress and a large leather sitting chair. There is a 26" LCD TV with DVD / VCR for your enjoyment. The master bathroom contains a walk-in closet, large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and both bedrooms have been newly carpeted.

The family room has a full-size sofa bed and a 27" TV with VCR. There are several VHS movies on site for your entertainment. The living room has two comfortable sitting chairs and the dining area has a 6-chair dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and a 4-chair breakfast table. The kitchen has also been out-fitted with the most popular small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer) and all of the cooking staples you may need. The home has a two-car garage and 5 ceiling fans for your comfort.

Desert Ridge Marketplace is less than 10 minutes away and is home to 75 stores, 31 restaurants and a multi-screen movie theater. A community park is within walking distance and offers a picnic area, playground, lighted basketball court and a ramada.
