Your search is over. Fun, Sun, Golf, close to it all, near Glendale Arena and Cardinals Stadium. Home is four years new, Interior is light, bright and open and tastefully decorated. View of sunsets and sunrises from sunny covered patio, room to roam with green belt along one side of home. Great room has plenty of seating for a group or cozy for a couple. Enjoy 52 inch HDTV with cable and DVD. Master bedroom has king bed with luxurious bedding and it's own TV/DVD. Master bath has garden tub, separate shower and double sinks. Two other bedrooms have queen beds. Second bath has double sinks and shower. Kitchen is set up to meet all your dining and cooking needs. Den has wireless satellite and queen sofa foldout for extra sleeping.
Home is next to green belt with miles to explore from our South facing sunny backyard. Covered patio with patio furnishings, BBQ and great view of the mountains, sunrises and sunsets.
