Description of the Phoenix vacation home rental
North Phoenix rental available for Super Bowl and FBR Open. Beautiful, fully furnished home with everything you need to enjoy the big game, the FBR and all that Phoenix has to offer. Modern decor with granite counters, mexican tile, and old world custom furniture.
$6,999 for 5 nights (minimum) and $600 for each extra night. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold and will go against your rent. A $3,000 refundable security/damage deposit is required. All payments MUST be made at least one week prior to arrival.
What you get:
-3,100 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms 4 baths for 5 nights (you pick the nights)
-Centrally located 20 minutes from Super Bowl and 20 minutes from FBR
-Maid service that will super clean house ($50 per request)
- 2 Full size vans available for transportation (negotiable)
-Downstairs a 60 inch TV and full sound system
-Upstairs a 14x20 open room full theatre room with chairs and 70" Sony, 5.1 Dennon in-ceiling surround system,
-Fully furnished home office w/ WiFi, Fax, and computer
-Mountain view backyard with a custom pool, sitting area and a fire pit
-Accommodating owner to help with your needs
-Maid service that will super clean house ($50 per request)
