Beautiful & Spacious Home - Pool Solar Warmed (#33548)

Write a review My brother and his family rented this house a year ago (see above review) and I contacted Rachel and Jay when I was planning a bachlorette party to AZ for spring training. We didn't need the house for an entire week and Rachel and Jay were more than happy to accomodate us. The pictures on the web do not do the house justice. When we arrrived we were more than pleased. We cooked many big meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Rachel and Jay were kind, attentive and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Phoenix. Thanks again!!!!! We stayed at this beautiful home over our kids' Spring Break. The house was centrally located. We were never too far from anything that we wanted to do. We took in a few spring training baseball games and a Suns basketball game. The house was very clean and Rachel & Jay were very accommodating to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wishing to stay in Phoenix. It was the perfect size for us and was like our home away from home. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and for an enjoyable vacation! It was the most perfect place for our reunion of family from Oregon, Washington and Russia. The house had plenty of very kid friendly room and I couldn't imagine a more perfect yard. It was peaceful, comfortable and everyone went home with warm, happy memories. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!!! We loved the home and really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort we felt. Our kids loved the playset and the whole family enjoyed the pool all week. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix. We had a wonderful time at this house. The pool and playset were perfect for our group, and the location was central to everything that we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would especially recommend this to families with kids. At my graduation event, I had family who came from all over (Indonesia, Alabama, New York) and I decided to rent a house rather than paying 2 rooms in the hotel and it was worth it. My family and I enjoyed staying in the home, and Rachel and Jay were great to let their sons to play with my nephew who happened to be the only kid in the group, and he enjoyed their company. Thank you Rachel and Jay for making my stay in the home memorable :) We had a great time in Phoenix, and in our vacation house. It was more than we could have asked for. Nicely decorated, but not in a way we had to worry about our 2 and 4 year olds. The pool was still a little chilly, but the kids went in anyway! They loved having their own 'park' in their backyard. Both inside and out were well thought out by parents for parents. Great choice if you're going to Arizona. Everything is near a highway, so it was a great location. The house is perfect for large families. It is centrally located to golf courses, Spring Training in Peoria, football in Glendale, and shopping in Scottsdale. The house has all the amenities you need. It is fully stocked for cooking, BBQing and relaxing. The pool and patio are wonderful. And the play area is great for little kids. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It has easy access to freeways. We spent a week there with our four teenagers and had a great time! Rachael and Jay were extremely accommodating. We look forward to going back soon! We were treated to a great experience in Phoenix. Our hosts catered to our every need. The home was more than what we had hoped for and we felt very much at home. Good location . Would recommend it to anyone going for any length of time. Thanks Jay and Rachel.
