Better inquire early if interested in enjoying any of the weeks' activities. Owners are both in the service industry (bartending, ect.) have access to tickets for many of the weeks' events.

Asking $35,000 for any 7 consecutive days from January 27th - February 8th
(Price change only if adding ticket packages, ect.. while they last)

50% non-refundable deposit + $5000 security deposit required at time of reservation. (security deposit to be refunded 7 days after departure, only upon satisfactory inspection by owner).

Final payment is due 7 days before arrival.
