Description of the Phoenix vacation home rental
Our house is the perfect location for a family or friends to gather for the Super Bowl. We are 18 minutes from the stadium and Westgate center where many Super Bowl activities will take place. We are 30 minutes from Scottsdale and 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. We have a nice finished backyard with sitting room, grass, and a large stainless steel propane grill. You can sit on our front porch and see a beautiful mountain view. The house was brand new when we bought it mid-2006. We have a 42-inch plasma HDTV with Dish Network satellite service, surround sound, an XBOX 360, and a 5 disc DVD/CD changer with an I-Pod deck that plays music, and also serves as a charger. We also have several DVD's to watch, and an extensive collection of workout DVD's for those who are interested. (Yoga, pilates, cardio dance, etc.) We would love to open our home to respectful people that will treat our home as you would your own. Dogs are more than welcome to stay at our house, as we have a small dog ourselves. Please just let us know the number of pets and their breeds.
Area Description
Everything you need is right around the corner from our neighborhood-groceries, pharmacies/drugstores, a sports bar (Native New Yorker), two banks (Bank of America and Wells Fargo), several restaurants (Applebees, McDonalds, Panda Express, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr, Taco Del Mar, Weinerschnitzel, Sonic, and a few more). We are also close to a hair salon, nail salon, Petco, and two gas stations. Walmart is 10 minutes down the road, and Gila River Casino is just 5 minutes down the road!
