A very well appointed home. Lots of Extras and the owner was very easy to work with. Home needs some work, but we really enjoyed it and the pool and patio area are outstanding with a great view of Camelback. Next time we plan to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area we will look to rent this home again.

This is a large house! I was surprised at how spacious this house really is. Our focal point was the kitchen and the living area just off the kitchen. The kitchen is large enough with plenty of counter space to accommodate several cooks. The only down side was that the kitchen only has a table for 4. Bar stools would be a nice addition to add more eating space in the kitchen. There is a large dining room, but since it's in a separate room we end up doing a lot of our eating standing in the kitchen. The master bedroom is so large you almost need a map so you don't get lost! It has a door that opens out to the yard which has both a lemon and an orange tree with plenty of fruit. The master bath shower has two shower heads, two sinks, and a giant walk in closet that is the size of a small bedroom in some houses. Plenty of bedding and towels were supplied. But, you will need to bring soap for the bathroom. Hand soap was supplied, but no body soap. Note: finding the house wasn't easy because your on the main street, but you have to turn onto another street to find it. All I can say is trust your GPS. Also - the garage is very cool with doors on both sides so you can pull through. However, without a remote it requires exiting your car and walking around to close.

We rented this house so our families could stay together during the VB Festival at the Convention Center for a week in Phoenix. It was a great set up! The house was beautifully decorated and the pool was perfect. The front door lock had issues but the maintenence man fixed the next day. The garage door opener never got repaired while we were there, which would have been helpful. Even in 112 degree heat, we enjoyed the house very much.

A perfect property for a family or other group. Lots of room and features for outside and inside fun and entertaining. Location near the base of Camelback Mountain with the best view of the Praying Monk in the city! Direct dealing with the owner is a plus. We are planning to come back again next year for our family gathering.

The house was perfect! We enjoyed the location for the SF Giants. Would be nice if all the beds were King instead of the Queen size, but we were all very comfortable. The weather was warm and we were able to enjoy the pool and backyard. We would definitely go again!

Look no further this is the place to stay for: *A home away from home - beautifully decorated *Great for 3-4 couples to enjoy the spacious inside and outside *Wonderful kitchen complete with all necessities *Awesome yard with pool, firepit, lounges, BBQ, landscaping & views *Close to towns of Tempe, Mesa, Carefree, Prescott for day trips *Abundance of restaurants, shops, malls, & golf courses *Centrally located between Scottsdale, Phoenix & Paradise Valley * Minutes from and to the airport This residence has all you need and we 6 have agreed it is a return trip because it does not get much better than this. Thanks to the owners for making our vacation a fabulous time in Scottsdale/Phoenix area!

I liken this lovely home to a one time Hollywood starlet now middle aged and while still beautiful, no longer the star. The pool and patio area was outstanding by any standard. The living space commodious and comfortable, although per above, a bit faded and dated. Large, fully equipped kitchen. All in all, comfortable and enjoyable for a family or friends traveling together, as the layout of the bedrooms provided privacy and quietude.

My family and I just returned home from vacationing here for a week. There were 6 of us - 3 college kids, me & my husband & my mom. The house was more than big enough for all of us. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool and yard are incredible and so well taken care of it was a like a luxurious, private resort. It is an older home but has been very well kept & updated and the neighborhook is really quiet. The kitchen had everything that we need and more. The house was in the perfect location for us. We went to Spring training and Tempe one of the nights. We had some other plance but once we got to the house we all decided we didn't want to leave this house. The kids wouldn't pack when it was time to leave- they wanted to just move in! We are definately coming back to this house.
The pictures of this listing do not do the property justice. The house was gorgeous and filled with everything you could ever want in a rental house. A large TV with cable(we were there during the Olympics) and the internet were great for checking up on work and school, while the BBQ area by the pool was wonderful and used every afternoon or evening for a meal. The property was clean and welcoming tor our group: there was even two fruit trees(orange and lemon) which made fresh snacks or juice. Ther is a side yard perfect for playing Frisbee or volleyball and the back yard area has great lounging chairs and tables for relaxing in the sun.
Because this was such a wonderful house we spennt most of the days enjoying it but if you were to go out the fashion and arts distric in Scottsdale is a short drive away and every Thursday is "art walk" for all local galleries and shops, which we all enjoyed after adinner out. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great location for peace and privacy while enjoying a great backyard and BBQ burgers.
We stayed in this property the beginning of January and from the moment we pulled in the driveway we fell in love! The front yard and courtyard are so beautiful and inviting... but they are only the appetizer to an equisite home and an awesome private backyard!
the home is welcoming and inviting. We wished we had the time to entertain some of our relatives because the home is
PERFECT for entertaining! Very spacious with all the amenities needed to throw a great dinner party or cook out.
We spent as much time as possible in the yard around the pool. There is a bar area with a built-in grill -perfect for cooking out good 'ole Wisconsin bratwurst! The pool is
HUGE and well maintained and clean. The foliage in the yard is just awesome and also very well cared for.
Back to the house...every room in the house is HUGE and nicely furnished.
The Master Suite is fantastic with it's own patio area shaded by on of the orange trees. (The Master bed is SOOOO
comfy. it was hard to get out of in the morning!) The huge tile shower with dual shower heads greet you every morning. There are four bedrooms but we only used the "other" suite in the back of the house. This bedroom is complete with it's own private bath, large walk-in closet, and separate changing area. This bathroom exits out to the pool area which makes easy access to a shower after a swim.
The location of the home is fantastic. Within a couple of miles, either way, of many restaurants, much shopping and walking distance to trailhead up Camelback Mountain. About 5 minutes from all that Scottsdale ha sto offer and a 10 minute drive to the Biltmore area.
I truly cannot say enough about this home! We have rented homes and condos in other area of the USA but have really enjoyed everything about this one! We will definately be back! Thank you for giving us a great "home-base" in the Phoenix area.
