Description of the Phoenix vacation home rental

Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It has a living room and a family room with a full sized pool table. The kitchen is newly renovated with nice cupboards and granite countertops. Most of the appliances are new. There are 2 HT TV's, a DVR, Cox TV, internet and telephone. In the back yard there is a heated pool and a large deck for barbecuing and visiting.

This house is available for the period of April 7-Nov 1, 2013 for the rent of $1500/month including utilities. 3 Month minimum. References required.

Area Information

We are located on the Villa de Paz Golf Course just south of the Camelback/99th Street crossroads, slightly west of the 101 Loop.We are 10 minutes from the Cardinals Stadium, Coyotes Hockey Arena and the Tanger Factory Outlets. We are 25 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to the airport.

A Walmart Superstore is our corner store and is open 24 hours/day. Costco and many more stores are 10-15 minutes away. 10 minutes to Banner Estrella Medical Center on Thomas.
