Review Submitted July 28, 2011 Date of Stay June 24, 2011 The location of the estate was perfect as it is centrally located and overlooks the Pointe Hilton, Squaw Peak. We were welcomed by a beautiful fountain on the front terrace which set the tone for a tranquil weekend. The entire house was spacious and since there were only four of us we could have had our own designated space if we wanted and never run into each other. The decor was nice and the amenities were endless. Multiple outdoor sitting areas, living, dining, and family rooms, several bathrooms, pool, jacuzzi, walking trails, covered parking in the garage, and enough beds to accommodate the entire family or several friends. The full size kitchen was important to us as well so that we could bring in our own food and cook breakfast, grab a snack, or enjoy evening appetizers and drinks. The house was very clean upon our arrival and had all of the extras that you would expect from a hotel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, soaps, towels, etc. The view was breathtaking both daytime and night. The hotel below has many other amenities such as dining, spa/fitness center, a waterpark, and shopping. We dined at Tutti Santi one night which was recommended to us. Worth every dime and it is right across the street. The gated entrance to the driveway of the estate is nice as it gives you a feeling of seclusion and safety. We were in town for a girls getaway and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend this estate to anyone who wants to get away from it all or wants to have a space where everyone can gather, enjoy the scenery, amenities, and each other. Phoenix is a beautiful city to visit and this estate is a wonderful haven. Have fun when you have the opportunity to visit. Rating: 5 out of 5 Respond to Review
