Monthly (or longer) rentals preferred. Executive level rental, suitable for VIPs, Families, or Honeymoons. Sleeps 4 perfectly (King and Queen beds), six in a pinch. Private pool and furnished patio.
Extremely well maintained malibu style house with a/c with all the amenities! In a very quiet neighborhood, just a couple minutes from parks and a plethora of shops, restaurants, starbucks, and superstores. Also, quick access to highways (near 101, between 17 and 51) and easy drive to airport. (Airport pickup and return service available).
VERY PRIVATE POOL with luxe patio furniture for entertaining. Barbecue, fruit trees, bouganvaleas everywhere. Nice neighbors. Two newly renovated bathrooms, new beds and furnishings. Nothing is missing... walk right in, have a cold drink, check email, turn on satellite TV, or have a swim!
All new linens, utensils, cookware, plates, etc. All spices and condiments. Water filter.
Computer, hi-speed wi-fi, Direct TV satellite, big screen flat panel TV, stereo, DVD player.
New appliances, washer, dryer, microwave, espresso machine. Leather furniture, dining table for six.
Late model car available for use, fully insured, additional charges will apply, Cheaper than car rental companies. Airport pickup available.

Our concern is always getting stuck in a substandard neighborhood... not to our taste no matter how nice the rental is. The video was accurate portraying the clean and stylish neighborhood, as well as the great condition and attention to detail inside the house. Within 10 minutes of arriving, the family was spread out enjoying themselves in the pool and patio, on the computer, watching satellite TV, and cooking up a storm in the fresh and well stocked kitchen... you made it really easy and enjoyable for us to have a family vacation without endless restaurants and car rides!! A:Great private pool. Large parks and community center nearby. Golf everywhere! Barbecue is very handy.
Q:What makes our vacation rental special?
A:It is such a unique and stylish house and neighborhood. It looks like a sort of retro malibu community, white on white, wide streets, very clean... no eyesores anywhere. No parking lots, and little or no car or foot traffic. Very serene, but still only 2 minutes from restaurants, starbucks, shopping centers, theaters, bars, etc. Watch the video link!
Q:What's the coolest nearby activity?
A:There are so many... but morning walks along the trails, around the well manicured Basin Park is a good start to any day. Coffee by poolside, a dip in the pool... bathing suits optional!
Q:Are there any restrictions?
A:Minimum one month rental (or equivalent rate); smoking outside only; pets allowed only on a case to by case basis; garage is only for use of the optional rental car and laundry/storage; parking for 2 cars in driveway; no overnight street parking without a pass (provided free); RVs and trailers not allowed; no businesses to be operated from the property.
