Beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom home on the 3rd tee box of the Arnold Palmer Signature Course at the Wildfire Golf Club. Located in the desirable Desert Ridge community in north Phoenix with convenient access to the Loop 101 and AZ 51 freeways. Golfer's and shopping paradise!
4,500 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms, formal living room and formal dining room, kitchen, eating area and great room with HD flat screen on the ground floor. The enormous basement has 2 more full bedrooms, full bath. large game room with big screen TV, Foosball table and combo pool table that converts to a ping pong table.
The backyard is equipped with a heated play pool with basketball hoop and volleyball net, heated spa, gas BBQ, half-court basketball court. Large covered patio with 3 wicker chaise lounges and matching patio furniture, plus a misting system that can drop the patio temperature 10-20 degrees during the summer! An oasis for entertaining!
The back yard looks straight out to the 3rd tee box on the golf course and to the beautiful McDowell Mountains and Pinnacle Peak beyond.
The house sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms The enormous master bedroom has its own door out to the patio, large TV and an incredible master bath with separate tub and shower.
JW Marriott, Arizona's largest hotel and convention site, is within walking distance. Nearby Desert Ridge Marketplace and City Center of City North offer an array of shopping options including a drugstore, grocery store, fashion stores, movie theaters, entertainment arcade, Target Great land and dozens of dining options. If you drive slightly farther you will find the Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Biltmore Fashion Park.
