Description of the Phoenix vacation townhouse rental

This is a great townhouse on the grounds of The Pointe HIlton at Squaw Peak. 1 full bedroom and another bedroom used as a full office with WiFi, printer, fax and all office equipment. This office can also be used as a bedroom with the use of a queen size air mattress. 2 full baths. Great granite countered kitchen with lighted cabinets and all cooking essentials. Two decks with lighted trees for outside dining.

Full living room and dining room. 3 TV's including HDTV and DVR options.

Laundry facilites.

Area Information

Within 1/2 block of the Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak. Homeowner pool and short term membership available at the gym. Three restaurants within walking distance. Room Service available to be delivered to the house.

You can see Piestewa Peak from the front window. That park is only a half mile away and has over 50 miles of hiking trails.

This central location is 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown, 3 minutes from the 51 freeway, 15 minutes from the new light rail.

Great Location

March 18, 2013

This condo was in a great central location. It is in northern Phoenix and close to major highways, with shopping, grocery stores, and access to biking and hiking trails nearby. The property has a master bedroom with attached bath and an additional bathroom, an office, upgraded kitchen, dining and living rooms with an outside patio. It is located within the Pointe Hilton resort so the pool and restaurants are available within a short walking distance. The building is older but it was comfortable and in a great location. I would recommend this property for your vacation stay.
