The Cabin at Table Rock sits high on a hill and is the only cabin in the middle of 14 gently sloping wooded acres with one of the best views of Table Rock.
Rates are as follows:
Weekends (Friday and Saturday night) $69/night (2 nights minimum)
Weekdays (Sun. thru Thur.) $59/night
Holiday’s $79/night (3 night minimum)
Rates are for 2 people. $10/per night for each extra person(s)

Maximum 4 people per night in the cabin.
$100 cash security deposit required for each stay.
Check-in time is 3:00pm
Check-out time is 11:00am
Trash receptacles will be provided.
Fact: It is illegal to knowingly or unknowingly feed a bear. Deer are seen frequently on Deer Crossing Lane.
Black bears were seen by my first guests during the 1st weekend of August. They saw 2 Black Bear cubs and their Mama as well as a large Doe from the front porch early Saturday morning.
My guests that were here for the 2nd weekend of August commented it was awesome to see Table Rock illuminated by the light of a full moon while sitting around the fire pit. They said this was a very special place.
Table Rock State Park is approximately 2 miles away and features over 100 miles of hiking trails, swimming, fishing and boating with their boats. There is a lake across the street from Table Rock State Park that allows privately owned boats with electric motors and there is a boat launch.
Golf is available 5 miles south on Route 11 (The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway) and features an 18 hole par 72 course that includes a practice area, beautiful mountain scenery, many holes with water in play and the Signature Hole, a par 3 that will give you a nose bleed driving up to the tee box. Once there you will see a beautiful water fall with a 75-100 foot drop.
Cell phone signals are extremely good at The Cabin at Table Rock.
The Cabin at Table Rock is located in the middle of 14 wooded acres with a lockable gate for the ultimate in privacy.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Sorry, I like them too! But it’s a fire thing.
Firearms are strictly prohibited.
Hunting is strictly prohibited.
The Cabin at Table Rock sits high on a slope and looks due north, directly into the face of Table Rock which is less than 2 miles away. The unspoiled view is awesome and will make a great fall foliage stage for your photo opportunities. Although, the Rock does change all through the day with the changing light and weather conditions.
Smoking is prohibited in the cabin. Smoking is allowed on the covered open air porch. Screens would spoil the view.
The Cabin at Table Rock is set on an open area with mostly grass around it. Plenty of room for a tent for the kids, a place to play or additional parking.
The Cabin at Table Rock is about ¼ mile from the pavement and there is a gate at the entrance you can lock.
The open air porch is in the shade all day after about 10:00am. This is important when you feel the direct sun.
Smaller well behaved dogs are allowed. This is a touchy area and will address it on a case by case basis. A deposit may be required. Please understand I am an animal lover but I also know what can happen. Also, please do not leave any pets in the cabin unattended.
Cabin sleeps (4) has a separate bedroom with a full bed (Serta). Living room has a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa.
The Cabin at Table Rock is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, A/C wall unit, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons and pots and pans, a fire ring outside for your campfires and a charcoal grill. Firewood will be available.
Also to those interested, the first guest at The Cabin at Table Rock (June 2009) is held by John (Deer) so aptly named by my electrician, is doing very well. We are guessing the little buck was no more than 3 days old. He is currently at a place that has 8 other deer as well as a new mom for John that welcomed him and provided nourishment. I hope to get new pictures soon and will pass them along.
The Cabin at Table Rock is located in the northwest corner of South Carolina. This area is a premier vacation spot for South Carolina.
Table Rock State Park offers a wide variety of activities for the vacationer. All levels of hiking are available with over 100 miles of trails. Many shorter hikes are available to beautiful area waterfalls. Swimming, fishing and boating are also available. 2 miles
Take a tour at Victoria Valley Vineyards and taste locally grown wine. 2 miles
Golf at the Rock of Jocasse Golf Complex. 6 miles
For the serious fisherman, Lake Keowee (18,000 acres) and Lake Jocasse (7,500 acres) offer trophy Trout and Bass opportunities. Daily fishing reports can be found at the SCDNR (South Carolina Department of Natural Resources) on the web. 12-14 miles
Aunt Sue's Country Corner offers many small shops selling locally made crafts from bird feeders to handmade quilts and also has a restaurant but is a bit on the pricy side.
The Pumpkintown Diner offers great food a good prices and specializes in breakfast and lunch. This is where the locals go. 2 miles
All this as well as breathtaking scenery in almost every direction.
Caesars Head State Park has an incredible must see view of the entire mountain range from a lookout perched high on the side of the mountain. 9 miles ***See picture***
