Area Description

Pigeon Forge is one of the three communities adjacent to one another just outside the Smoky Mountain National Park.

Hiking, horseback riding, rafting, fishing and skiing are among the outdoor activities to be enjoyed.

Other activities include Dollywood, Splashtown, Ripley's Aquarium, Arts and Crafts Community, shopping, dining and a number of live shows including the famous Dixie Stampede dinner horse show.

Just a short scenic drive over of the mountains and you can enjoy visiting the Cherokee reservation which now boasts a Harrah's casino.

Deposits: RATES range from $220-$395 night - You'll love your 2300+ sq ft. luxury three story real log vacation home. * One night security deposit to hold reservations. * Deposit refunded on cancellations made more than 30 days from the reservation date. * Deposit applicable toward future reservations within one year of cancellation for cancellations made within 30 days from the reservation date.
Other Fees: Deposit refunded in full once the cabin is found to be in good condition upon departure. For your convenience, we can hold acheck equal to the value of one night's stay as a damage deposit. The check will be destroyed and returned to you once the cabin is found in good condition, simply provide a return envelope. A one night deposit paid via paypal or credit card is still required to hold the reservation. * Payment in full is due 3 days prior to arrival. NO booking, admin or other fees.

Family Fun & Relaxation - Something for everyone, September 15, 2009

This cabin truly has all the Creature Comforts and then some! We awoke some mornings surrounded by clouds/mist and felt like we'd traveled to heaven. Cabin has fantastic views, and yet is close enough to town, the Krogers (with it's own Starbuxs) and the National Park to keep everyone entertained - you'll find Ziplining, Horseback Riding and great hiking within minutes. That's if you decide to leave the cabin - because there is really enough there to keep you occupied for days. I almost wished for rain just for an excuse to stay in and read a good book. Husband saw two great football games in the Media Room and was hooked. You know you've found the right cabin - when your husband keeps repeating "boy, you did great finding this place honey"!! The kids (17 & 25) also loved the ability to stay connected through the internet. They played pool, air hockey while hubby & I played Parchesi, and we all enjoyed the sauna & hot tub. But mostly I enjoyed the breathtaking views, the sunsets, and the mountain air while I knit in the rockers. We came back from a day exploring one afternoon to find wild turkey in the driveway! Can't wait to return to this paradise and to the friendly people in this area. Thanks to the Lacayos for sharing their piece of heaven with us all. They made the rental process simple & were very helpful! Shoppers Hint: Moonshine Ridge Country Store nearby has great homemade fudge, crafts & other goodies with a fantastic cafe!

AMAZING CABIN IN THE SKY!, March 11, 2009

Let me first tell you, I looked at 100's of cabins online! I am picky and wanted a more luxurious, modern property with a great view. We were married in Gatlinburg and chose Creature Comforts for our stay/honeymoon for our March '09 wedding. It was just gorgeous! The furnishings were beautiful and not a detail was forgotten. Three levels of stuff to do- a theater room, hot tub, air hockey, pool table, sauna, - oh my gosh! so much to keep you entertained here :) We had a great time and I think the minute we arrived were already planning our next trip back. Great for couples, kids, everyone!
