Description of the Pigeon Forge vacation cabin rental

The BearFoot'n Lodge is a two story one bedroom two bath cabin that sleeps 4 adults and is located in Wears Valley in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

The upper floor has a full bath, kitchen and living room with a leather queen sized sleeper sofa and rocker recliner.

Other amenities include: private 4 person hot tub, gas grill, porch swing, rocking chairs, pool table, built in microwave, dish washer, washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, 2 tv's with dvd/vcr and satellite service, and incredible views!

The lower floor has a full bath and a king sized log bed.

The BearFoot'n Lodge is privately owned and rented exclusively through the owners.

The BearFoot'n Lodge is located in scenic Wears Valley. It is conveniently located 5 miles from the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park and 10 miles south of Pigeon Forge. A lot of privacy without being isolated.
Area Attractions include:
Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Splash Country, Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, river rafting in Townsend, Pigeon Forge, Tanger Outlet Mall and other malls, antique malls and hundreds of restaurants. All within a few minutes drive. About one hour drive from the casinos in Cherokee, North Carolina.

• Deposits: A valid credit card and a driver's license copy in the name of the person making the reservation must be submitted for the security deposit. A $200 refundable damage deposit may be used in lieu of a credit card. No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age.
   
• Other Fees: No smoking is permitted, evidence of smoking or smoking odors found after departure will result in a $200 cleaning charge. A complete policy listing is given to each renter before arrival and is available anytime by request.
