"Emerald Ridge" is a premier luxury cabin nestled on a wooded hillside in the private sanctuary of Shagbark. It is only minutes from all the activities found in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This cabin has it ALL! Two bedroom suites - one with KING Bed and one with TWO QUEEN BEDS, loft game room with AIR HOCKEY and FUTON, a bubbling HOT TUB on the deck, gas cooking grill on the deck only steps from the kitchen, gas fireplace in the Great Room! You will even find a washer/dryer for your use in a laundry in the Double Queen suite.

So sorry this is not a pet friendly cabin.

"Emerald Ridge" is a perfect getaway for your vacation in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Shagbark. Shagbark is a 1300 acre gated community with only 244 houses scattered throughout. You have access to the community pool (available Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis courts and basketball goal (equipment is available for your use on the clubhouse porch) by the clubhouse at no charge. The cabin was really nice! The Master bedroom has the most comfortablest King size bed ever! I slept like a baby! The only drawback was that the road is a little steep and bumpy!

We had a good stay. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. And is well furnished in all ways. And since we were there at Christmas time a Christmas tree was waiting for us. How thoughtful and a surprise. Cathi Qualls was helpful and gave immediate response to our questions. And made suggestions that were helpful to us. The cabin which is really a home I would like to have is beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. When we stay away from home cleanliness is most important and Mountain Dreams was clean. However, I am glad we were there before a snow storm. I don't think we could have driven up the drive way in the snow.

We stayed at the Amazing Grace not the Mountain Dreams. Our stay at the Amazing Grace was WONDERFUL. This is the first time to stay in a cabin but it will not be the last. We had a great time!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could think of that would inprove it would be a ice maker. Thank So Much.

This cabin was wonderful and had all the comforts of home. It was so warm and cozy. We will stay there again, and my sister is wanting the name of the cabin we stayed in. I would refer all my friends and family to stay in this cabin! The scenery was wonderful, too.

This is a very nice cabin and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings the front porch and the ex-large loft bedroom. However, I didn't like having to make my bed and the other bed in the second bedroom when we arrived. We had been on the road for almost six hours and we were tired. I called management for the cabin we we returned because the are not in the office on the week- end and she said that it is their policy to leave the sheets folded on top the bed so guests will know that the sheets are clean. I've stayed in other cabins in Shagbark and have never had to make my bed when I got there. Also the hot tub needed cleaning. It smelled musky, the water was dirty and the cover was muddy. I thought the cleaning fee is supposed to cover these issues. We had a small problem with the door lock but we figured it out!

The location is absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The cabin was a major hit with my children and husband. It was most definitely a great location to all the shows, family activities, etc. in Pigeon Forge. Some minor suggestions would be to stock the cabinets with more things such as mixing bowls, mixing spoons and grill equipment (brush, etc.) The grill was great to have but wasn't in a good condition to grill on unless you used foil. The community pool was also very cloudy and appeared to not have been cleaned or the pump wasn't working to cycle the water. Still--we'd come back again if the opportunity presents itself. Both the security officers and maintenance person were very welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

This cabin was awesome. It is a great place to stay with another couple or even with a child or two. We used the hottub and pool table. It was close to town but away from everything. The only draw back is driveway but if you park at the top it's no problem. Thank you.
