Ideal for a Couple's Cozy vacation or small Family vacation. This is not a resort community, only 8 cabins on a dead in paved road in beautiful Wears Valley. There is a free catch and release fishing pond, no license required. Centrally located to everything - just 10-12 minutes North and you are in Pigeon Forge, 10 Minutes through Lyon Spring Rd you are in the National Park and just outside Gatlinburg. Visit water falls at Laurel Falls a 1.5 paved hiking trails. Head South 5 miles to Townsend for river tubing, horseback riding, zip lines, bicycling and the entrance to Cades Cove.

In season there is a Community Olympic size swimming pool with snack bar and beautiful surrounding mountain views.
