The spacious floor plan has plenty of room for entertaining, along with the extra area of the Florida room conveniently located off the dining & kitchen area. The bar sitting/eating space is great for kids or just a cozy place for two. This fully-equipped kitchen is open to the diningroom & bar sitting/eating areas so you can enjoy company while preparing meals. In the livingroom are 2 inviting recliners & a comfey sofa for watching TV.

The master bedroom with a queen size bed has it's own bath on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms creating your own romantic retreat. Bedroom 2 is private & peaceful with a full size bed, dresser, & personal closet. Comfortable bunk beds with a hutch,full size bed, & closet are the arrangements in bedroom 3. Both guestrooms share a clean, full tub/shower bathroom.

Plenty of space is available for trailer, boat, & RV parking on this 13000 sq.ft., shell landscaped, lot. 16 trees accent this property giving you that tropical paradise setting.

Bring your boat! New 10,000 lb. boat lift, seawall, pier, & 10 x 12 storage shed added for your convience. The dual gulf access canal takes you within minutes of Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Costa(a Florida State Park), Boca Grande, Gasparilla, Useppa, Cabbage Key, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Punta Rassa, Port Charlotte, & the Caloosahatchee. Area Description

Pine Island (in Lee County)is the largest island (17 miles long and 2 miles wide)on the west coast of Florida, just 15 minutes from Cape Coral, 30 minutes from Ft.Myers, and 1 hour from Southwest Florida International Airport(RSW). Pine Island's secluded, quaint and "country waterfront" atmosphere is a huge part of its charm. Fringed with mangroves rather than white sand beaches. Pine Island has escaped the concrete, blacktop, and skyscrapers found in the more touristy, beachy communities. This rural island has many great restaurants and unique boutiques for shopping.

I am the home owner. A family tradition for the last 48 years is to meet every year in March on Pine Island to fish, boat, & spend time with family. As the families grow, sleeping arrangements have become a large challenge. In March, while vacationing, we found this house, the perfect fix for sleeping arrangements & our dream retirement home. However, we are not retired yet. We decided to buy it anyway, remodel it, & rent it out until we needed to use it in March. Pine Island is a great place to vacation. We are so excited about our new house and hope you find it as enjoyable as we do.
