Description of the Pinehurst vacation condo rental

We invite you to our renovated first floor condo located on the 3rd fairway of Pinehurst course #5. We fell in love with this golfer's heaven in 1999 when we first visited the Pinehurst Club and the Carolina Hotel. With two bedrooms and two full baths, this home provides a wonderful retreat for golfers and area visitors alike. Sitting on the rear deck off the living room couldn't be more relaxing than after a day of touring or playing!

Equipped with a flat panel television and high speed internet access, we think you will love the space & convenience that our condo provides.

Our membership at the Pinehurst Members Club enables us to offer our guests a limited number of daily guest passes allowing you access to six Pinehurst courses (including Course #2) at unaccompanied guest rates, plus use of tennis and croquet courts, 3 outdoor pools and the beach club with sandy beach and boat rentals. Additionally, many of the amenities of the Pinehurst Resort are available to the general public. These include a world class health and fitness spa & all hotel restaurants (you must enjoy a cocktail at the Veranda Bar & watch golfers play the 18th green of Course No. 2.)

Significantly, there are over 35 other courses within the immediate area for your golfing enjoyment.

Area Information

The little village and surrounding town of Pinehurst, designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, landscape architect and designer of New York's Central Park among many other projects, is wonderful to walk. Its shops & restaurants are delightful and sandy paths charming. Of course, we have our favorites which are included in our "renter's album" located in the property.

Did you know that the town of Seagrove, just 35 miles from Pinehurst, is home to over 100 multi-generational families of potters? This is a fabulous place to visit if you enjoy shopping for handcrafted gifts.

Nice Property

The property was well-maintained and convenient for golfing and other things. It is small but perfect for the 3 of us. I would recommend a TV in the room with the twin beds because we all wanted to sleep in the room with the TV.

Ideal Location

We stayed here for a month from Mid June to Mid July in 2012 along with our 11 year-old grand-son. It just so happened that the weather was exceptionally hot but we still enjoyed swimming and golfing at the local courses. The location is quiet but still within easy driving distance to local eateries, etc. The Racetrack across the road had many activities and we enjoyed the 4th of July Fire Works display right from our front steps. Recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Pinehurst area. John and Ruthan

Being Home

During my 45 day stay at the condo in Pinehurst I felt always that I was returning "home" after a day of work at Ft. Bragg. The condo was nicely furnished and clean with everything I needed. Although not a golfer, I certanily loved being nestled in the pine trees and beside one of the many courses. Any and everything I needed was nearby including "the pottery capital of the world" just up the road at Seagrove and the many open markets with produce. Working with Jane on the details was a joy. I would recommend this relaxing and lovely place to anyone.

R&R at Pinehurst

Our stay at 104 Andrews Condos was a first rate experience. The condo was spotless, nicely furnished and well equipped, making for a pleasurable stay. We (four ladies in our 70s) who love the game of golf had never been to Pinehurst and when I found this particular condo for rent, grabbed it and we were delighted with our choice. It is located on the third hole of Pinehurst 5, and it was fun to watch the passing parade of golfers. There was a harness track across the street from the condo; however, the racing season was over at the time we were there and but we could watch the horses being exercised. And we were only a five-minute drive to the Pinehurst business district, a lovely New England type of town, with many good restaurants. We were also within walking distance of the Pinehurst Club House with much memorabilia and a lovely gift shop. All in all we had a wonderful time and could not have been happier with our accommodations. We highly recommend it.

More than expected!!!

It was so comfortable, clean, private and relaxing that we returned the following year! Had we not moved south ourselves we would have signed up again. We were a family foursome and really enjoyed the many golf courses, along with the restaurants and atmosphere of the quaint village. This picturesque spot comes highly recommended.
