Description of the Pinehurst vacation home rental
Bring your tooth brush, everything else is provided in this comfortable and fairly new ranch home located in the gated community of Seven Lakes, NC near famous Pinehurst, NC - home of the 1999/2005 US Open and the 2002/2007 US Women's Open. Enjoy the openess of this home with a lovely screened porch and two car garage. Split bedroom plan with queen in master bedroom, twins in one guest room and a single sofa bed in the 3rd with a TV. As a guest of the community, you can use all of the lakes, tennis courts and you can play the Seven Lakes Country Club Golf Course for only $35 per round with cart.
Area Description
Seven Lakes is in the south central portion of the state known as the Sandhills. There are 40+ golf courses within 20 miles of the house. Visit the Village of Pinehurst and Southern Pines with many shops browse around. There are several restaurants in the area as well. Seven Lakes alone has The Italian Table, Brickoven Bistro, Jack's Restaurant, Mac's All Day Breakfast, Subway, Peking Wok, and our most recent addition, McDonald's. It is an easy drive to the mountains - Boone is less then 3 hours; and an easy drive to the coast - Wilmington is 3 hours and so it Myrtle Beach. You can take in minor league baseball in the summer at the Bull's in Durham or the Grasshoppers in Greensboro. Hurricane hockey is only an hour away and we are two hours from the Carolina Panthers stadium.
