Description of the Pinetop vacation condo rental
Wood Frame, upper unit, composition roof(new), wood siding(new paint), vaulted ceilngs throughout. Balconys on both sides of the unit. Five sliding glass doors and two front doors with security screen doors. Reserved parking adjacent to stairway leading to the condo.
Utilities are included. Land phone but no long distance. Spacious master bedroom with king bed, dresser, end tables and a desk. Master bath is full size with tub/shower. W/D is full size stacking slyle next to master bathroom and storage room. On the opposite end of the unit are the two other bedrooms with a full size shower/tub bath between them. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two long twin beds. Tv in the master bedroom and the queen bed bedroom.
Kitchen is fully furnished. Bar heighth counter with stools facing into kitchen area. Kitchen, dinette and living room are all one room with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan.
Living room has two large size recliners with love seat, end tables, coffee table and an extra chair with ottoman. 32 inch tv in living room.
Area Description
Located adjacent to Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club in Sports Village I & II.
Ponderosa pines, natural vegetation, and flower gardens are part of the landscape.
Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club is a public/member course and is 160 steps from our condo. There is a golf course driving range, tennis courts and a restaurant/lounge at the Country Club which is also available to the public.
Equestrian facility and the Hon Dah Casino are only a couple miles from the condo. The Art Barn is within walking distance (arts and craft shows).
Fine and casual dining just minutes away. Antique stores, Go-cart park about 15 minutes away, Super Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes 18 minutes away. Several golf courses within the Showlow and Pinetop areas. Navajo Indian Reservation one to two hours away.
