Dockside Decked Out House - Charming Studio Apart

This 1st floor Studio apartment is a delight due to its spaciousness, tropical decor and close proximity(20ft) to the house dock and water. It offers a 17' X 12' foot living room section that is separated from the bed area by a 1/2 wall partition. Invite guests into you quarters without the feeling of entering a bedroom. With the studio comes complimentary bicycles, canoe, kayaks and Wi-Fi.

It can easily sleeps 3 to 4 individuals with its double and single bed plus a very comfortable futon couch sleeper. For 4 indivual beds,space is avalable for an additional single daybed. It's kitchen is complete with full refrigerator, full stove, coffee pot, toaster, double sink and microwave.

With water front and back and windows on 3 sides of this rooms, lots of breeze flow through it. The location of Decked Out House is terrific being situated on an 120 foot wide Placencia Lagoon canal and within Placencia Village. It is positioned to take advantage refreshing sea breezes. The 75 foot wide private dock offers swimming and a launch place for house kayaks or canoe. To stores or the sea are about 1/4 mile or less of a walk.

Placencia Village is bordered by the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Placencia Lagoon to the west. These waters are only 0.25 miles apart.

Being a member of the British Commonwealth, Belize's official language is English. This small country is the size of New Hampshire and offers an amazing variety of landscapes, culture, and tourist activities. All Belize beaches are public.

Placencia area scuba and snorkeling is amongst the world's best. Each spring one can swim with migrating Whale Sharks that are 25-40 ft long! From the village one can also visit Mayan Ruins, and/or take a river and jungle tour to Monkey River.

The village is a fishing town. It boast of having the smallest street in the world, which is a sidewalk with homes and businesses.
