This spacious Belize vacation rental home offers two
2 bedroom apartments that can be combined to offer a 4+ bedroom waterfront villa.

Swim or launch a house kayak or canoe from Decked Out House's dock located just 30 feet from its front door. Both of the house's north and south sides are at waters edge of an lagoon inlet of the Caribbean Sea. It is just a 2 minute walk to its beautiful beach, restuarants and shop.

Each is a full 1125 sq ft floor level, but have different floor layouts:.

Apartment/Suite #2 The middle and 2nd level offers an exceptionally spacious and luxurious great room with like kitchen. The great room stretches from the large covered north waterside deck to the South waterside one. There are wide french door at either end as well as this levels main bedroom. It has 2 modest sized bedrooms, one with queen bed and a private bathroom entrance. The other is a den/sleeping/TV room located off the kitchen. This unit has one bath. Its bed capacity is 4 people.

Apartment/Suite #3: Two very spacious rooms combined:

Palm suite; A 600 sq ft suite with bar/kitchenette (Stove-top, 1/2 refrigerator, microwave,toaster, coffee pot) queen and single bed, futon couch, and TV, dressing room and full bath with tub shower. This room is sometimes rented alone as an efficiency.

Nautical Family Room: A 400 sq ft room room with king bed that convert to 2 extra long twins, set of twin bunk beds, love-seat and chair, table for 4, and crib and private bath.

Maximum bed capacity is 8 persons although 6 persons is comfortable capacity.

Rates are for 4 people. For more than 4 only #3 suite is suitable. For more than 4 people add $10 a night for each additional person.

Placencia is a fishing village that in recent years become a tourist destination. It is known particularly for its Caribbean beach and lagoon.The snorkeling and diving is excellent. From Placencia one can take eco-jungle tours as well as ones to Mayan Ruins.
