Perfect for those who want to enjoy a cooling sea breeze and the fabulous Placencia beach, Apartment 1 has large verandas with views out over the Caribbean Sea to the east, and the famous Placencia Sidewalk to the west. The interior, built of all Belizean hardwoods, has very spacious relaxation and dining areas, a master bedroom with super-king bed and ocean views, a small second bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a full-sized stove, toaster, coffee-maker, juicer, microwave oven and all pots and pans.

There are ceiling fans in every room and the ever-present sea breeze makes air-conditioning unnecessary. Hammocks are provided for those chill-out afternoons on the verandas. Hot and cold water, cable TV and WiFi.

Apartment 2 is a very spacious first floor studio with all the same amenities as the upstairs with a super-king bed and futon sofa bed. A small single can be supplied if required. There is a large veranda set in the garden area facing towards the beach.

Apartment 3 is a smaller studio set in the private gardens facing the Sidewalk. This apartment has a queen bed in the sleeping area, a kitchen area with stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, juicer and toaster. There are small sitting and dining areas and a good-sized bathroom with shower. This apartment has A/C.

All the apartments have WiFi internet and cable TV.
