Rates range from a modest $45/day-$60/day for the comfortable 1st floor 400 sq ft apartment and $600- 900/wk/2/bedroom apt to $900-$1400 for a four bedroom house/wk.

The hoouse hosts 4-bedrooms including 3 masters/suite, an air-conditioned/sleeping activity room, a sleeping loft, 3 1/2 baths and an optional 1st floor studio apartment with 5th bath. Its large great-room opens to a spacious gourmet kitchen. Each floor can function as a separate unit with 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Decked Out House has a capacitor for 13 persons each in their own individual non-sofa beds. Square footage of living area totals nearly 3000 sq. ft inside and 2000 sq ft of outside verandas.

Luxury appointments such as fine mahogany walls, cabinet and exquisitely tiled floors with marble mosaic inlaids. This gorgeous home has relaxing atmosphere and offers a relaxing common room, private dock, board games, cards, poker chips, bikes, 2 kayaks, canoe and a swimming hole.
