At Decked Out House each party's accommodation is customized to the guest’s needs, size and budget. Available are a studio apt, 2-bedroom apartments and a 4 or 5 bedroom spacious house. The most popular unit is the 4+ bedrooms, the “Main House”. which consist of 2 entire full floor levels that offer 2250 sq feet of interior living area and 2000sq feet of exterior decks. At guest’s option, the ground level studio apt can be rented to form a 5+ bedroom house.

Decked Out House is conveniently located in Placencia Village proper and with waterfront on both its north and south sides. It offers fabulous views over the lagoon, Mayan mountains, the Village and the sea. The many decks on both sides of the house ensure a refreshing breeze and spectacular deck-side views. Its private lagoon dock is perfect for swimming or launching the house kayaks or the canoe. The Caribbean Sea beach is just 0.25 miles from the house.

The house has luxury features such as fine mahogany walls, cabinet and tastefully tiled floors with marble mosaic inlays. Yet this well appointed home has a relaxing atmosphere that welcome families with children. There is a crib, bunk beds and a children’s sleeping loft. The house furniture is attractive, washable and not fragile. The spacious dining are seats up 14 guests. Families often spend hours lounging or swimming at the private dock.

Rates listed here are for 6 people in the 4+ bedroom, 3.5 bath Main House. Complimentary are bikes, canoe, kayaks, DSL, telephone, cable TV. For additional people add $100/week. Placencia Village is bordered by the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Placencia Lagoon to the west. These waters are only 0.25 miles apart. All beaches are open to the public access. Placencia area scuba and snorkeling are amongst the world's best. Each spring one can swim with migrating Whale Sharks that are 25 to 40 ft long!

Being a member of the British Commonwealth, Belize's official language English. Many residents also speak Spanish. This small country is the size of New Hampshire and has a population of approximately 350,000. It offers an amazing variety of landscapes, culture, and tourist activities. From the village one can also visit Mayan Ruins, and/or take a river and jungle tour to Monkey River.

Placencia can be accessed by bus, rental car, sea or local airlines. From and to Honduras there is a weekly boat. Once in Placencia Village a rental car is not required as businesses are within an easy walk.

• Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The balance is due 45 days in advance of your initial reservation date. Deposit refunds. Deposits are refundable if written cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to the reservation date, minus a cancellation fee of $100 per floor level reserved per week.
   
• Other Fees: Rates are for up to 6 people for 4 bedroom plus sleeping loft, spacious great room, 3.5 baths and spacious multiple decks. Each additional person over 14 years of age is $100/wk or $15/night additional person fee. Children incur $50/week fee or $7.50 night if there are more than 6 peole. The additional charge for a 5th bedroom, a large studio - additional $250 and is required for groups greater than 12p. Optional 6th bedroom by special arrangement for groups of 12 or more -inquire
