Description of the Placencia vacation home rental

Decked Out House is named for its many waterfront decks and designer décor and generous use of very fine mahogany and Belizean hardwoods. This spacious home is conveniently located within Placencia Village proper between two wide lagoon canals, which are inlets of the Caribbean Sea. The house is designed offer a waterfront view from every room and to maximize the generous flow of sea breezes through its many decks, French doors and windows.

Decked Out House offers a very spacious great room with large main kitchen, 4.5 baths, a sleeping or child's loft and 5 bedrooms, two of which a very large suites with kitchens. The upper two levels function exceptionally well as a single 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house. The ground level studio apartment can be added as a 5th bedroom. Its dining table can seat up to 16 guests.

This family friendly Decked Out House has frontage on a 120 foot wide marina canal. One can swim, fish or launch house kayaks or canoe right off the house's private dock that is located just 20 white sandy ft from the house's front deck. Use of these small craft , bicycles and Wi-Fi are complimentary.

Area Information

The Placencia beach is amongst the best beaches in Belize. Due to the Queen's Easement, which assures that all beachfront is open to the public, one can stroll on its white sand for miles.

Decked Out House is situated at toward the north edge of Placencia Village proper. Shops, groceries stores, restaurants and the Caribbean sea are just few minute walk away. One can also travel using the house's complimentary bicycles. Taxi charge very low rates for within Placencia Village travel.

Area attractions include terrific snorkeling and diving at the world's second longest barrier reef, eco- river, jungle and Mayan ruin day excursions. Most diving and other tours are offered at a direct booking discounted rate. There are many great restaurants and bars which offer lively Friday and Saturday night entertainment. Several eateries are located on the Beach.

Placencia's Lagoon that is can be toured in the recreational kayaks that are available free of charge with your accommodation. One can also fish using the house’s complimentary use of its stable fiberglass canoe.
