Description of the Placencia vacation home rental

Decked Out House is conveniently located within Placencia Village proper on a lagoon harbor, an inlet of the Caribbean Sea. The home is situated with water on both its North and South sides. Thus refreshing sea breezes pass through its many decks and open French doors. There is waterfront view from every room.

One can swim or fish just 20 ft from the house' entrance at the house's dock. From it one can launch the house's complimentary canoe or the recreational kayaks.

Decked Out House is a 3 story vacation rental home that offers two full level apartments or when combined are one very spacious home to which an optional 5th bedroom can be added.

Special features include fine mahagony and Belizean walls and ceilings, granite ountertops and 2000 sq feet of decks. Complimentary are use of bicycles, canoe, kayaks, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

The Main level offers a spacious great room , 1 bath and two bedrooms with a/c. The Third level offers two bathrooms, 4th level lookout and two very large bedrooms, one with kitchen.

The rates quoted are for the attractive 3rd level, 2 room, 2 bath unit for up to 4 people. The main level unit offers a large great room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 bath. Its rate is approximately $100/week more than the 3rd level.

Decked Out House is located within Placencia Village . It is lagoon fronted on both its north and south sides.

Restuarants, stores and tour operators are within easy walking distance. The sea is a 4 minute walk from the house.
