Tipsy Gecko Villa is magnificent huge open 2 story private water front beach house situated directly at Caribbean Sea, Placencia, Belize . Amazing features , luxury & beauty al throughout , the exquisite four luxurious bedrooms , 4.5 well maintained baths residence . Home was completed summer of 2008.
Main home has 2 stories over 4000 square ft , Covered patio area & living area directly over looks the private beach , covered ocean pier. Spectacular views at lagoon & Mayan mountains which can also view from the upstairs living room & the streets covered deck .
Upstairs you can enjoy 2 luxurious master size bedroom suites , both looking directly at ocean which offers spectacular views . Both master size suites offers private well appointed bath , spacious balcony & large walk in showers . Huge living area & full size bar , high quality 50 inches flat screened TV & private balcony are placed in 2 master size bedrooms , its perfect for 2 couples at same time . Private office ,can also use as bedroom upstairs .
2 remaining luxurious bedrooms are at first level , both has their own bath .
Prepare dinner on large gas grill & enjoy drink while sitting under fans on covered patio , just steps form ocean .After having delicious Dinner , enjoy leisurely walk on beach , no crowd , no rush . Or else retire upstairs , have a drink at bar , watch movies or programs on high quality TV , or simply sit in balcony and listen to the pleasant sound of waves .

Located between several great restaurants and several big and small resorts. Close enought to walk or ride golf cart but far away to have privacy.
Placencia allows guest to experience a small safe village with some of the best fly fishing and diving / snorkeling available in the world. Its proximity and ease (now that road is 100% paved) makes driving into rain forest, Mayan Ruins and other inland Belize attraction a great addition to great diving and fishing.
