Description of the Placencia vacation villa rental
Decked Out House is named for its designer decor and its numerous spacious decks. On its 3 floor levels of about there is a total is 5 rental bedrooms, two of which are suites with kitchen/ettes. On the main level there is a spacious great with large kitchen and dining space for up to 14 guests. On the 4th level there is a low ceiling loft decorated for children as well as a lookout deck. Its total sq footage of rental area is 3000 square feet interiorly and 2000 sq ft of exterior decks.
Luxurious features include fine mahogany cabinets and walls, exquisite tile or hardwood floors, and granite counter-tops. Relaxing feature include a 75 foot wide dock off of which one can swim, fish and or launch the house's small boat craft. Children and families are most welcome.
Decked Out House has other listing on this same site as it can be rented as an entire 5 bedroom house, a 4 bedroom one (2 upper floors combined) or as just one floor level consisting of one studio apartment or a 2 bedroom full level unit.

Area Description
Placencia with a population of approximately 1200 people
is located at the southern tip of a narrow peninsula that averages just 1/4 of a mile wide. It is bordered by the Caribbean Sea to its east and south and Placencia lagoon to its west.
The official language is English as it was under British control until 1981. It is still a member of the British Commonwealth.
Belize swimming is quite wonderful due to water temperature of 82-84 degrees. It scuba diving is amongst the world's best. In spring whale sharks migrate to area waters. Snorkelers and divers enjoy swimming with the world's largest fish.
