Talk about Serenity!!! Don Pedro - Palm Island is a one of a kind and very private Barrier Island along the Gulf of Mexico midway between Ft. Myers and Sarasota. This bridgeless Island is accessible by 4 minute car ferry ride, running non stop seven days a week. Leave the hassle behind and get enchanted by the gentle rolling sea, the warm Gulf breezes, the crystal clear waters and the 7 miles unspoiled white sandy beaches right in front of your vacation home. On the island you will find a great breakfast place and the excellent "Rum Bay" Restaurant with bar. On the mailand in proximity to Palm Island you will find grocery stores, more waterfront restaurants, golf courses, a mall, marinas and boat rentals.

Once you enter this exquisite home it will let you know that you have arrived in style. Park your car in your private enclosed garage and take the elevator to your living floor or all the way up to the 2 mastersuites with dolphin observation deck.

This home is furnished with cool sleek Miami Style Furniture. Generous Floorplan with approx. 2300 sq ft. under aircondition, beach deck, balcony, 2 large porches with full Gulf views.

Groundfloor: Fully enclosed concrete construction with one car and a double golf cart garage, open beach deck for you to enjoy the dunes and beach, outdoor shower and BBQ. Elevator which serves all 3 floors.

First Floor: Large Kitchen with black Granite Counters, Breakfast Bar and tête-à-tête Nook. Luxury touches where ever you look: stainless steel appliances, pull out pantry etc. etc. Generous sundrenched Living/Dining Area with lounge area and large Flatscreen TV, large futon for reading or observing the beach. Classy dining area with large windows to the beach. 8 ft high and 16 ft wide glass sliders to your large porch with outdoor lounge furniture overlooking the white sandy beaches.
Guest suite 1: two twin beds, flatscreen TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet which also serves as powder room.

Second Floor: Mastersuite I with King bed, Flatscreen TV, observation deck with full Gulf views , fancy bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double sink.
Mastersuite II: with King bed, Flatscreen TV, observation deck with full Gulf views, bathroom with walk-in shower.

This home offers a flat screen TV in all 3 bedrooms and one in the Living Room

The official vehicle on this island is a Golf Cart. There is a white Cart in the garage, waiting for you to explore the island. It rents for $350/week or $1000/month. This golf cart sits 4 and garantees many fun rides thru out Palm Island. Ride to the "Rum Bay" Restaurant or to the free Family Show of our own pirate "Red Beard". Show takes place every Friday and Saturday at 6.30 PM

Wonderful Vacay!

The Serenity house was PHENOMENAL!!! I felt like I was at a spa. I am an Interior Designer and the place was done so well - I love the contrast of black and white. Great idea for an elevator as well - it really helped getting our things up to the third floor. The 2 master suites were amazing - it was great to sit outside on the deck at night and stargaze! The front porch balcony was also a welcomed retreat in the afternoons from the hot sun, where you could still enjoy the Gulf views and keep your eyes on the kids at the same time. We can't wait to go back!!
