Townhouse #39 Is located in the gated community Jaradines Del Pacifico. The townhouse will sleep 4..
Masterbedroom and Full bath upstairs and balacony overlooking Main Street Playa Bejuco.Second Bedroom Upstairs is used more for entertainment Playstation 2 ( dvd Player also) cd player and small media library games,movies. Air mattress that will sleep 2. Full bath. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. down stairs is living area and Kitchen dinning and half bath.
Kitchen is Tico. Slow cooker,Electric Skillet,Hot Plate,Counter top Oven,Bar-b-que. Patio outside with an outdoor shower.
Community is beautifully landscaped.. There is a small stream that runs thru The ''Green Zone"' This is an area in the development that is our own private zoo. I have seen, jesus lizards, green iquanas, red scarlet macaws, tucans and white face monkeys. All with in the community. There is a great pool and Rancho to also enjoy.

The surf at Playa Bejuco is STRONG You must always respect the ocean and all her power. You will see many surfers chasing this high perfomance wave.
Rental of #39 includes all linens,cooking utensils,boogie boards and surfboards. These items are to be used at own risk.

Area Description

Playa Bejuco is a small Village. South of the high energy town of Jaco ( 25 minutes) bars,casino,resturants and shopping. 30 minutes to the south is Manuel Antonio National Parque. This is a must see!!
