Property has three houses, the appartment is the second floor of one of the houses. Surrounded by plants and trees, with ara macaw and bird visits everyday. Swimming pool, electricity and potable water. Bilingual (French some English) retired couple rents appartment (former professor and admin EE from University of Costa Rica)for at least two months with the possibility of using main house in San Jose if finally agreed. Couple is interested in learning English in the North-Central area of USA.

Tarcoles is located 90 min from San Jose International Airport, in the Central Pacific area, 10 min from Herradura Beach and 20 min from Jaco Beach. Appartment is at 200 mt from the beach, 5 min from Carara National Park, and 90 min from Manuel Antonio National Park. Activites: fishing, bird watching, hicking, canopy, water raftling, crocodile and mangrove watching. Little town with grocery stores, schools, churches and restaurants.
