Description of the Playa Junquillal vacation condo rental

Our condo is 1,300 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master bedroom features a private open air garden area with jetted jacuzzi tub and a shower. Spacious living/dinning area has a large sectional sofa, 32" TV and iPod dock. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds a spacious freeform salt water pool.  
Villas Las Ventanas has the best on-site property manager. Rosa speaks both english and spanish and can help you with the details that will make your vacation unforgettable.

Area Information

Experience the warm hospitality of Playa Junquillal; a small secluded and tranquil village nestled on the fringe of world class tourist destinations. The village is home to only about 100 residents who welcome travelers to share in the unspoiled beauty of the area. Junquillal has numerous restaurants offering local and international cuisine, gift and souvenir shops, and a well stocked small grocery store. Junquillal has a successful turtle protection group and proudly received the environmental Blue Flag award for it's efforts in maintaining a pristine beach, home to the Leatherback and Ridley turtles. Local Activities include: Surfing, Snorkeling, Adventure Tours (zip line, whitewater rafting, etc), Sport Fishing, Eco Tours, Yoga (seasonal). Guests of Las Ventanas recieve preferred green fees at the championship level Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course.

Best Family Vacation spot

January 7, 2012

This was a wonderful condo, a great spot on the Pacific side. Very comfortable, spacious and felt like home. The staff was excellent and residents were very friendly. So close to the beach, able to walk there and not congested. The pool was devine, and my youngest son learned to swim which was an added bonus. We loved the atmosphere, and can't wait to come back!

Last year two friends and I stayed at Villas Las Ventanas for two weeks and the combination of beautiful architecture, breathtaking beaches mixed with friendly locals and energetic nearby towns made for a perfect trip. I can't wait to return!

Tropical paradise

Alex picks me up at the airport - one stop to pick up a few groceries and within 1 hour I am into my bathing suit and pool side. Ahhhhh!!! I love this place - the roar of the ocean, long walks on the beach, mango's picked fresh from the trees and the wind in the palm trees that lull me to sleep. I return year after year and never tire of the magic of this place. My room is always immaculate. Bathrooms sparkle. Kitchens are well appointed. Staff are happy, and helpful.
