Just realized we stayed in unit #8, not unit #7, so my comments about the interior don't apply to this particular unit. I can only say that it is a great location and the view is wonderful.

Highlights: spectacular view of sunsets short distance to several beaches great food (Sol y Mar) within walk security gate/guard always on-site nice sized master realty office easy to talk to pool was clean/well cared for air conditioning in every area Negatives: housecleaner came once in 10 days sink leaked and disposal was broken kitchen had no oven dishes soiled mattress pads (not just stains) deck was tiny really steep hill to walk down/up costs was more than rental house
