The Nolita apartments, a brand new condo are located on the famous 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo, also know as the "new quinta" on the corner between 5th av. and 24st.
2 blocks from the General beach and 3 blocks from the beach club Mamitas, where Nolita guests can have sunbeds and umbrella for free.

We are located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, on the famous 5th Avenue where you will find "El Bistro en la 5ta" fine restaurant and many other restaurants, Shopping stores, bars.

In rates we include cleaning and fresh linens/towels every 3rd day. If you want to relax your whole stay, we can arrange for daily cleaning at an extra cost

We also include free sunbeds and umbrella at Mamita’s Beach Club, and discounts at Zenzi and Blu Cacao beach clubs.

If you don't want to cook the whole week, you can take advantage of discounts we offer at Bistro en la 5ta (in the same building at the Condo), and at Bistro on 10th Avenue.

We also love Tulum and can arrange a full day at Ziggy Beach, booking your transportayion if you don't feel like driving.

Had an excellent stay at these apartments. We were on the 2nd floor. Apt was very clean and modern overlooking 5th avenue and was ideally placed, not far from the beach 5 mins. Rooms were large and spacious. We liked the fact that it was linked to Tortugas hotel as this gave us added assurance if there was a problem (which there wasn't). Access to the private beaches for free was a real plus as these were expensive. Only very minor points were as the apt was new it was missing small kitchen items (eg. tea towels). Also could have had some kind of guid/handbook of services from Tortuga for each apt, we generally asked at the hotel reception but would have been nice. Like I said minor - other than that would recommend wholeheartedly
