•For reservations with arrival before 60 days, full is required at the moment of booking
•A security deposit is required upon arrival.

•Extra cleaning 25 usd per day, cleaning and change of linens/towels 40 usd per day
•late check out at $ 150.00 pesos per apartment, per hour. (based on availability)
•Rountrip Cancun airport transportation service $ 98 usd for 1-2 people; $125 usd 3 - 6 people.
