This contemporary and spacious two-bedroom condo is located on the second floor in the condo development Pelicanos. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features such as good location and large pool to fit your vacation needs. Pelicanos is situated only five blocks from the beach and three blocks from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet, second bedroom has two twin-size beds, while the living room can sleep two more guests on the comfy futon. The dining and living room areas can accommodate six persons, has a satellite 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender and drinkable water. The balcony overlooks the pool area and welcomes in a nice cool breeze. The location of this condo was perfect for our winter stay! 15 min walk to beach, 10 min to 5th Ave.,10 min to Mega(grocery store) fresh fish market was 3 blocks away, and many very good resteraunts just a short walk away, The owners that were our neighbors for our 13 week stay treated us like family. I am looking to buy a Canadian flag to fly on my farm ! These people sure know how to party! The condo itself was furnished as complete as the pictures stated. Our only problem was the coffee maker broke and it was replaced 6 hrs. after we reported the problem.

Nice stay in Playa del Carmen

Had an excellent stay in this condo located in the 2nd floor of modern complex. Condo was very clean, well equipped and modern overlooking. Only the dish-washer would be welcomed. Rooms and balconies are large and spacious. Condo has its own parking lot (visible from balcony) - therefore absolutely no problem with parking. There is really enough to do in PDC and Yucatan - so the car rental is good option for the vacation! We got excellent service on place. Overall rating - great value for the money!
