We really enjoyed our accommodations and thought the condo was very well run. The owner and Mexico excape were great to deal with. The location is excellant as you have access to the Reef Hotel and their activity programs, plus beach chairs etc. The pool area at the condo is very nice and if you wish to go into Playa del Carmen you are only about 15 min. walk to town. The Walmart has a full grocery store, fruit markets are within walking distance, plus there are many excellant restaurants in Playa. This is the 1st. time at this condo, but I have stayed at Chac Ha 7 times. The condo owner was great to deal with, much better than the previous company I dealt with. The condo is nicely decorated, condo management is very good.
