Villas Xaguar is a group of five Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a pool and a waterfall Cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located ten minutes away walking from the town and 45 meters away from the beach, walk to everything!!!

THERE ARE TWO, THREE, AND FOUR BEDROOMS VILLAS. All with fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The two has 125 sqm, the three has 190 sqm and the four bedroom has 215 sqm.

3 and 4 bdr have jacuzzi, solarium, hammocks, great view.

We also have 6 studios (up to 4 people) available! With an ample terrace, a kitchenette, a table and a hammock.
