Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay in a new luxurious huge villa, Casa Andalucia, (6800 sq.ft., 620 sq.m.). This home is located in a private gated community with tropical gardens surrounding the home. It has a large private pool (one of the largest private) and is less than a two minute walk to the beach(about 100 yards). Ocean views are available from most rooms. The private community has other beautiful villas alone with our common treasure - a beautiful secluded beach that is never crowded!

Playa Paraiso as an extension of Maroma Beach is one of the most beautiful in the world, as per Discovery and Travel Channels. It has a long stretch of white sand with excellent access to the blue Caribbean. It invites you for many long walks any time of the day just to clear your mind and absorb the beauty of nature.

Casa Andalucia can be rented as a complete house - 5 BDR, 4BR or 3 BDR; or partially- up to 3 bedrooms. When rented partially, as a Bed and Breakfast, we include full gourmet homemade breakfast.

The house has 5 large bedrooms, two with king beds, 1 with a queen; these have private bathrooms and balconies, with ocean view. The 4th bedroom has bunk bed and 2 single beds that can be arranged as 1 king bed upon timely request. The 5th bedroom has full bed.
Additional sleeping in library on 2 futons and 2 air mattresses anywhere in the house. The 2 bedrooms with king beds have private bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks in 1 room and tub/toilet in another. Most bedrooms have private balconies with ocean views. All bedrooms have their own A/C unit with digital remote control and ceiling fans.

The downstairs feels very open with a large kitchen (granite countertops, Bosh appliances), dining area with table for 8, bar with 3 barstools, 2 large living rooms. One has a TV and a new sofa and a pool table and the other is set up as a board game room. It all opens to a huge covered terrace outside with additional 2 tables and seating for 10 people. The terrace has a morning sun and is covered during the hottest time of the day making it a very comfortable location.

The large L- shaped swimming pool is just a step from the kitchen, 14 m. (42 ft) long and excellent for lap swimming. The pool also has a shallow area for the kids. It is set in a professionally designed tropical garden with many palms, exotic trees and flowering plants. It is very private and romantic.
Roof top terrace offers a nice seating area with stunning views of the area, ocean and night lights of Cozumel.

Beach is a 2 minute walk around the tennis court, gazebo and fresh water lake.

Situated between 2 resorts, Mayan Palace and Iberostar, you have a privilege to use their amenities, especially pools and 5-star restaurants.
Community tennis court- free, ocean and beach activities, PGA golf courses almost walking distance- Mayan Palace (J. Nicklaus), Iberostar (P.B.Dye) and Maya Koba (G. Norman). Mayan pyramids and ruins in Chitzen Itza - (added to the Seven Wonders in the World recently), Tulum, Coba, Ek Balam.
