• Lodging Tax: included in rental rate
   
• Deposits: 50% of total stay is required to complete the booking . Balance due 60 days in advance. No refunds for cancellations following final payment made 60 days prior to travel. No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies
   
• Other Fees: A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used to replace / repair such items. If villa is returned in condition delivered, the security deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure.
