Required Stay: 4 night minimum
Lodging Tax: included in rental rate
Deposits: 50% of total stay is required to complete the booking . Balance due 60 days in advance. Balance for holiday bookings due 90 days in advance. No refunds for cancellations following final payment made 60 days prior to travel. No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies
Other Fees: A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used to replace / repair such items. If villa is returned in condition delivered, the security deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure.
